Rhino Blinds warrants all its components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for the stated periods that are relevant on installation, material, and framework, commencing from the date of installation.

  • Mesh Material 10 Yrs Warranty
  • Splines 2 Yrs Warranty
  • Rhino Gola Sundream Material 10 Yrs
  • Components & Framework 2 Yrs Warranty
  • Installation 2 Yrs Warranty

Exclusions:

  • If usage/adaptation are not in accordance with our installation/operation instructions.
  • If our specifications have not been properly applied.
  • If the product has been dismantled or returned with evidence of misuse or other damage.
  • If components have been used to perform functions other than designed to handle.
  • If damage to the product has occurred after an extreme weather event or natural disaster.
  • If regular maintenance is not carried out.  Silicone Spay needs to be used regularly to lubricate channels to maintain blind operation.
  • If regular cleaning is not carried out. Curtain Magic or Swiftee Blind Cleaner to be used to avoid permanent stains on material and or side splines.
  • If any conditions caused by normal wear and tear including discoloration and fading over time.
  • Abuse, accidents, misuse, neglect, fire, or alterations to the product.
  • Call-Out charges apply and determined on situation and own discretion.
  •  In the event of “property sold”, the warranty does not carry over to
    new owner(s).
